Couples Both With Attorneys:
Because of the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, and we use attorneys to resolve cases, parties that desire to use the Michigan Alternative Dispute Resolution Center (Michigan ADR Center), should both contact their own attorney and have one of the attorneys reach out to our office.
The Michigan ADR Center will work with the attorneys to set up the ADR session to facilitate the case.
