In most cases, we will not work on cases with just one attorney. We only work with couples that neither or both have an attorney. If only one party has an attorney, we suggest the non-represented party hire an attorney. For the non-represented party, we refer these people to www.MichiganDivorce.org/contact
If your case has one attorney, the party with the attorney can contact our office to see if we are willing to make the exception. These exceptions are on a case by case bases and we need to discuss it with the one attorney in the case.
